This past Sunday's testimonies were God-ordained!
Joy shared from Exodus 2:23-25 and Hebrews 11:1 --
23 During those many days the king of Egypt died, and the people of Israel groaned because of their slavery and cried out for help. Their cry for rescue from slavery came up to God. 24 And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob. 25 God saw the people of Israel—and God knew.
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Richard shared of the way God ordained things to happen as the, Good TV program highlighted the same person who was teaching Sunday School at HOP when he came with his three year old daughter!
Finally, we heard a testimony from a sister serving overseas as a missionary. Isaiah 19: 23-25 says, In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will go to Egypt, and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together. In that day Israel will join a three-party alliance with Egypt and Assyria—a blessing upon the earth. The LORD of Hosts will bless them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt My people, Assyria My handiwork, and Israel My inheritance.”
God is moving among His people and these testimonies stirred our hearts to trust Him more and to acknowledge His Almighty Presence in our lives! Glory Hallelujah!
