Calling to Taiwan

Acts 17:24–29

Emily Fisher

1. Acts 17:24–25 says God “is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything.”

What does this teach you about God’s character and your motivation for serving Him?

2. God gives “life and breath and everything else” (v.25). How does recognizing God as the source of everything shape the way you view your calling?

3. Verse 26 says God determines the times and places where we live. What might that tell you about your current season of life and where God has placed you to serve?

4. Paul says God wants people to “seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him” (v.27).

How can your personal calling help others draw closer to knowing God?

5. In what ways do you sense God calling you to serve—whether in church, work, family, or community? What might be holding you back from fully saying “yes”?

If time permits-

How can you discern between your personal ambitions and God’s genuine calling on your life?

How can your gifts, experiences, and passions be used to glorify God and bless others?
